The cumulative number of cases in Hong Kong has reached 1085 (Including 1084 confirmed cases and 1 suspected case).

  The new cases announced on the 31st involved a 34-year-old female patient and a 56-year-old male patient. The CHP is continuing to follow up the epidemiological investigation of confirmed cases and the tracking of contacts.

  A CHP spokesman said that the center has been closely monitoring the status of confirmed cases both locally and overseas. From June onwards, the center will continue to publish information on imported and related confirmed cases in press releases, and hold press briefings to report details on confirmed cases of unknown origin.

  The center reminds the public again that in order to reduce the risk of infection, the public should try to maintain an appropriate social distance with others in their daily lives, in particular, they should reduce the social activities such as going out and avoiding dinners or gatherings, so as to reduce the chance of contacting infected people who have no symptoms.
