“It will be possible to get to the fair subject to the rules in force in Moscow: you can come to the festival on foot, or you will need to get a digital pass for a one-time trip,” the Moscow Mayor’s website said in a statement.
On the territory of the festival must be in a mask and gloves. Visitors are required to maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 meters. The festival will also have regular site disinfection.
Books will be presented to visitors by more than 200 publishers.
Earlier, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that there would be no free access to Red Square in Moscow on the day of the Victory Parade, which is scheduled for June 24.
