At 10:30 on May 30, a cargo ship named "Lianhang 7" sailed from Fujian to Zhoushan. After entering the water 10 nautical miles east of Ningbo Xiangshan, it ran aground and sat down. The water was exposed above the second deck. 14 crew members were in distress with the ship and urgently needed rescue.

  After receiving the rescue situation, the rescue command duty room of the East China Sea Relief Bureau of the Ministry of Transport immediately launched the emergency rescue plan, and assigned the "East Sea Rescue 117" ship that was on standby in the nearby waters to rush to the scene to rescue.

  At about 13 o'clock in the afternoon, the "East China Rescue 117" ship arrived at the scene of the accident. Affected by the cyclone entering the sea, the wind power of the scene was 7-8. After nearly 3 hours of hard work, the “East Sea Rescue 117” ship overcomes the difficulties of severe weather, complicated sea conditions, and many floating objects on the surface. By releasing the rescue boat, it successfully took back 13 people in distress and anchored at the outer port of Shipu Port, Xiangshan, Ningbo Safely handed over to the "Sea Patrol 0717" boat.
