Every phenomenon on Earth - unless it is a natural disaster like a hurricane - has natural roots, but also has man-made ones.
If you look retrospectively at 1914, it is clear that war could not fail to happen. The world was in a relentless spasticity of contradictions. Could Germany not gain strength economically by the 80s of the 19th century after the victory in the Franco-Prussian war? Could not have been strengthened, of course, and then the words of Bismarck that Germany does not seek political and economic domination in Europe would remain true. But it just so happened that Germany began to strive for domination. And Germany could have time to divide the colonies and not be offended by the whole world. But did not have time. All this and thousands more reasons made war possible. These are elemental, natural causes - this is the endless movement of tectonic plates of history.
But if there were no exclusively man-made reason, if Gavrilo the Principle had not shot Archduke Franz Ferdinand, then everything could have been otherwise. This does not mean that there would be no war - the world was in search of an excuse. But maybe someone close to us would be able to better prepare, and indeed, for millions of people, at least one more day of peaceful life would not be superfluous.
But here the natural and man-made causes converged at one point, and there was a catastrophe that broke mankind a hundred years ahead.
Now we do not see the horizons of the current storm and still can not appreciate its strength. But, like everything else, it has two kinds of causes at its core.
Where did this virus come from? Whether it’s from pangolin, from a bat, from a laboratory in Wuhan - it doesn’t matter anymore. What matters is who, when announced quarantine, saving the lives of their citizens, and who, when quarantined, abolished, saving the economy. The source of the virus is a spontaneous cause. The actions of countries are man-made.
And from every disaster, you can benefit. As, say, once a country, the United States of America became the economic winner in World War II. Yes, we can argue for a long time about who took Berlin, who signed the surrender and how, then where did the Nazi criminals go - this is all very interesting. But the money is even more interesting.
According to the results of World War II, the United States indebted the whole world and imposed a new financial system on the world, where the dollar was equal to gold and gold reserves became gold-currency - but this currency was supposed to be American. Russia repaid its Lend-Lease debt to the Paris Club on August 21, 2006.
And this historical experience leads us to the idea that there is one country that will manually and with great pleasure take advantage of the current catastrophe and try to squeeze out all available cash juices from the situation.
Here is a small remark: I do not think that the USA is a bad country, which is to blame for everything.
I rather love America than I don't like, and I consider it an independent and very significant civilization. But each beast has its own habits, and he is unable to change them.
The US has already accused China of causing irreparable financial damage to the world. And China even agreed with this a little bit. They said they will give $ 2 billion to restore the global economy. What is 2 billion? It’s not even a penny, it’s the dust under the feet of the Hongweibin.
And then the United States begins to do what they know best in the world — they press a button that says “pay!” China has already given slack, if it is willing to pay 2 billion, it will pay more. "Pay!" - says US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and bills China $ 9 trillion.
"Pay!" - says the US Senate and passes a law that makes it difficult for Chinese companies to trade their shares on US exchanges. "Pay!"
Further, I suppose, it will be so. The United States will speak in the voice of Donald Trump and in his rhetorical manner: “We faced an unprecedented catastrophe, but we survived! No one has suffered from this epidemic more than us. And we, more than anyone else in the world, have invested in the fight against this epidemic. Now no one in the world knows better than us how to deal with such epidemics, and there will be many more ahead of them! ” Why what? Therefore - pay!
It turns out that it is in the United States that the most effective vaccine has been developed and that the global benefactor is ready to supply it through its pharmaceutical companies around the world, say, at $ 10 per dose. And in African countries, even for free. There is nothing to pay.
It is the United States that will strive to take the dominant position of the mentor, friend and teacher of all mankind - because only in the USA they know how to properly overcome such disasters. Because it is the United States that shares the world with China, and China owns a huge part of the material world both in Europe and in Southeast Asia - ports, bridges, airports, factories, commercial real estate.
And some people really want Chinese companies to be weaker than they are, and all these countless riches were under the control of the one who best knows how to capitalize on disasters.
Yes, the virus most likely arose spontaneously. But there are those who with pleasure will take advantage of this quite man-made. Hegemon subhegemon sees from afar and never overlooks. An earthquake somewhere in the sea had already happened. Soon we will see a giant wave. Let's hope that we can saddle her at least partially.
