Activists' interactions came amid expectations of an imminent end to the presence of the forces of retired Major General Khalifa Hifter in the vicinity of the capital and the failure of his project to control it with regional support.

Sharh Al-Khattah, "Nasharkom" on (23/5/2020), I monitored many tweets and videos that also attended intensively across platforms, with all the progress being made by the Anger Volcano Forces, declaring control of a number of camps.

The account of the American embassy in Libya published the content of a phone call between the American ambassador and the President of the National Accord Government, Fayez al-Sarraj, to which he enclosed a tweet in which he said, "In a phone call with Prime Minister Al-Sarraj, Ambassador Norland welcomes the important contributions of the Al-Wefaq government to defeat terrorism and achieving peace",

The tweet attracted the attention of the activists and considered it a green light from Washington for the government of Tripoli, where political analyst Mohammed Al-Hungari said, "Is this congratulations for the victory of the National Accord government from America through its ambassador, and to increase the naming of the aggressors on Tripoli as terrorists, or otherwise, schools of teachers."

Muhammad Ahmad wrote, "I am the US Secretary of State, and today the ambassador, when everyone is victorious, the glory of the martyrs and the volcano will call you."

As for Muhammad Abu Sunni, he commented, "The world recognizes only the strong! A totally changed diplomatic language in favor of Al-Wefaq, but this does not mean that Haftar is out of the game with politics for the White House."

For his part, Moussa Tihousaoui wrote, "The recent American statements confirm that Haftar's end has come and that the logic of the strong is the only guarantor of changing international positions, a year after the liberation of Libya confronted the alliance of Arab evil and the West."
