Idris Elba actor - Avalon / Starface

Idris Elba intends to celebrate World Africa Day, which will take place on May 25, by working for a good cause. The British actor and DJ, very attached to his Ghanaian and Sierra Leonean roots, will present a charity concert broadcast live and bringing together many artists from the continent.

On the program, the Beninese singer Angélique Kidjo, the South African rappers AKA and Sho Madjozi, the Nigerian singer Burna Boy or the Tanzanian Diamond Platnumz and a host of other artists. All the funds which will be raised during the event will be distributed between different organizations in order to help African families affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
