I hope to help us cultivate more talents, even if our education policy is good, some employment-oriented, for example, our children from the Lhoba ethnic group, (after graduation) put him back to the Lhoba ethnic community, this may be his feelings for his hometown Fortunately, the feelings for the nation can also play a good role.

[Explanation] Zhaxi Jiangcun said that for Qiongjie County, the rural clinics have achieved full coverage, but the lack of medical conditions and the shortage of professionals have become shortcomings to be solved urgently. I think for us in Tibet, the construction of municipal hospitals is very important, prefecture-level hospitals. I think that the county-level hospitals built the entire 72 (74) county and district hospitals, the effect may not be very obvious, the investment may be different from the planned ratio, but the people ’s hospitals in seven prefectures and cities are built, one It is convenient for the people, and the second is to reduce the pressure on our autonomous region hospitals, and then the autonomous region hospitals can specialize in the diagnosis or treatment of intractable diseases.

[Explanation] Zhaxi Jiangcun said that the country has introduced many preferential policies for the development of border areas, and created good conditions. The grassroots people have gained income and become rich through participating in tourism and other service industries, and have taken the poverty hat.

We went to the masses' house to understand the income of the family hotel. He meant that the income was indeed quite high, and it was real. For example, they were under pressure to raise funds for the construction of the Xiaokang Village at the border, but by opening a family hotel, he felt no problem. The state's special care for our nation with a small population has been the third time this house has been renovated. The state's subsidy policy is very good.

[Explanation] Zhaxi Jiang Village is a Lhoba ethnic group. As a representative of thousands of Lhoba people from Tibet, he is concerned about the protection and inheritance of ethnic culture. He has visited and visited many Lhoba people in Shannan and Linzhi . He hoped that the Lhoba people's folk language, song and dance, costumes and other cultures could be passed down from generation to generation through written records.

Regarding his "representative" status, Zhaxi Jiangcun, who is only 31 years old, admitted that as a representative from the grassroots, poverty alleviation and rural revitalization are issues he always pays attention to. As a representative of the National People's Congress, he is even more responsible for telling stories in Tibet and reflecting the wishes of the people, and at the same time bringing the country's principles and policies back to his hometown and implementing them in his actual work.
