There is no doubt that the great impact of the Corona pandemic will increase the burdens of clubs and those responsible for them, especially obligations related to contracts and sponsorship and advertising agreements, etc. This helps reduce damages and losses as much as possible.

- Resources must be developed, and potential resources must be harnessed, to be strengthened in projects that bring material sustainability.

It is true that the virus is an epidemic on the world, but its lessons and lessons are many, as the world woke up from a nap that it thought of Aladdin's dreams, after that blurring that obscured the vision of the gray side of our daily reality fell, but rather seduced many with illusions and convictions exposed by the events of this epidemic. Perhaps our sports clubs and federations have realized the bitterness of suffering, and the damage that will last long if it does not extract what may benefit it and benefit it in its practices and procedures that were, and still are, most of them diligent and improvisational without the basis on which they are based. It is also not evident to everyone that these institutions derive their support and financing from the responsible governmental authority, whether local or federal, as it is the lifeblood because of which the clubs are active and dynamic throughout the year, thanks to budgets, and the continuous spending on them that spanned many years, nearly completing 50 years And it is in the same situation without seriously looking for alternative sources of support.

In spite of the seminars, workshops and conferences that were held in this regard, the results were shameful and frustrating, with the exception of the Al-Nasr and Al-Wahda clubs who adopted actual investment initiatives to develop their revenues, and they succeeded to a large extent, unlike others who stood as spectators and were dependent on government funding only, so it must be From developing resources and exploiting the available capabilities by strengthening them in projects that achieve financial sustainability to relieve the pressure on the government, which has endured enough for the past decades.

I believe that among the outputs that sports councils should focus on is the creation of an investment sector in its organizational structures, which works to invest and develop resources, and one of the available options may be to deduct a monthly percentage of clubs' payments and direct them to adopt joint service projects and facilities with a profitable return, It shall be an additional income for sports councils, and it shall guarantee them to fulfill their obligations towards clubs when governmental support is affected in such circumstances. Therefore, theorizing on this issue will impose itself in the coming period, but what the sports arena needs is a serious movement in the garment of responsibility and concern, away from the show and procrastination that we have not moved in its surroundings despite the storms and crises that we went through in the past!
