According to forecasts of weather forecasters of Roshydromet, from 23:00 on May 20 to the end of the day on May 21, rain is expected in the region, heavy in places, in some areas of the region wet snow.
Earlier in the weather center "Phobos" reported that May 21 may be the coldest day of the month in the capital.
As the center’s specialist Yevgeny Tishkovets noted, in the center of “polar cold, a high-altitude cyclone will form, which will collapse with torrential precipitation,” wet snow is possible.
