"I spent two weeks alone in this house. I have no partner, my two children were with their mothers, and I was alone for two weeks. I just remembered that after about nine or ten days, I felt the lack of physical contact. And that was the moment when I realized that I was missing something that I usually had: touching it, ”he explained.

Even a handshake

And by that, Colin Farrell talks about any type of contact: "a handshake with the barista at the local cafe, a check, anything." "And it had only been ten days," he adds.

The actor indeed confides that before this quarantine, he must not have spent "more than a week" without touching anyone. "What does touch represent? It represents tenderness, human interaction, a feeling of community, ”he explains.

But unhappiness is good with everything: now that the actor can touch someone again, he feels "gratitude".
