Pastor Kwang-Hoon Jeon, who was arrested on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act and released as a jewel, was virtually unable to serve as president of the Korean Federation of Christian Associations (Han Ki-Chan).

According to the religious community, the 51st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court yesterday (18th) yesterday (18th) decided to cite the provisional provisional disposition for suspension of job execution by four executives, including the late vice-president Kim Mo, and pastor Moo Kim.

In the decision, the judge stated in a decision, "(Kang-hun Jeon) should not execute the role of the President of the Korea General Assembly until the final decision on the case of the confirmation of the invalidity of the resolution of the General Assembly.

The judges believed that there was a flaw in the process of re-electing Mr. Jeon as the president of the general meeting of the KICC held on January 30th of this year.

At the time, Mr. Jeon was elected to the next president with standing ovation at the general meeting and succeeded in reappointment.

The judges judged that it was illegal for Mr. Han, the former chairman of the group, to miss the meeting call for honorary presidents who are delegates to the assembly, and to block the position of the general assembly, such as Kim, who filed provisional disposition.

Also, in exceptional circumstances, the General Assembly's election management regulations allowed a resolution to applaud, but the trial pointed out that there was a serious defect in the election resolution made in the event that the opportunity to exercise the right to vote, such as blocking Kim's position, was deprived.

The presiding judge said, "I am exerting the authority of the current president of the KICC on the premise that the election resolution is valid. The term of office is only one year. Considering what is expected to take a considerable amount of time, the need to suspend the execution of Mr. Jeon's chairman is clear. ”

However, Mr. Kim and others did not accept that he would decide later on the part that asked him to appoint a job representative during the suspension period.

Mr. Kim and others filed for temporary disposition in February of this year, urging the resignation of President Han Ki-chong when he was arrested after a police investigation.
