Go back, at the time of confinement, in a Colomiers Ehpad, near Toulouse, where an agent tested positive for Covid-19. The public establishment concerned is the Résidence Emeraude Anne-Laffont, the municipality said in a press release. The officer had been placed in quarantine when the suspicion had arisen and has still not returned to his place of work.
"As soon as the management of the Ehpad learned of this case, specifies the town hall of Colomiers, it immediately started systematic screening tests of all the other agents and residents". Tests which have all been negative at this stage.
Pending the results of a second wave of tests
But the procedure imposed by the Regional Health Agency involves a second screening campaign on "D + 7". It was carried out and the results of this second series are expected "within a week". In the meantime, all visits to residents have been suspended. As a precaution, "all residents are back in their rooms until Monday, May 25".
