  The report stated that the epicenter of the earthquake was 38 kilometers away from Qiaojia County, 39 kilometers away from Ludian County, 58 kilometers away from Zhaotong City and 242 kilometers away from Kunming City. According to preliminary statistics, earthquakes in Qiaojia County and Huize County in Qujing City are strong, and there are earthquakes in Suijiang County in Zhaotong City, Yongren County in Chuxiong Prefecture, and Xuanwei City in Qujing City.
