It was later known that member of the group god, Denian, sued A, a woman in her 40s who stalked her.

In November 2018, Denian sued Mr. A in his 40s on charges of forced assault, assault, intimidation and invasion of housing, and property damage. After about a year of trial, Uijeongbu District Court ordered A to complete a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program in 10 months of imprisonment.

According to the ruling, Mr. A felt affection while maintaining a business relationship with Deian and continued to ask him to make friends, but Denian refused.

As a result, Mr. A stalked Denian with one-sided affection, and it was revealed that he repeated acts such as forcibly molestation or visiting the residence six times and pressing the doorbell.

The court said that the victim (Denian) appears to have suffered a great deal of psychological suffering from stalking in various ways. However, Mr. A normalized on the fact that he had no allied criminal history, that he had not acted by contacting or visiting Denian since the prosecution, and that the likelihood of recidivism seems low.

Mr. A dissatisfied with the results of the first trial immediately after the sentence, and filed an appeal in April and was released in early May. Prosecutors also appeal the results of the first trial and are currently in the second trial.
