A New York tourist was arrested in Hawaii after posting photos from the beach on his Instagram account, for violating quarantine rules.

The newspaper "The Guardian" that the British police arrested Tariq Peters, 23, for violating a rule that requires all visitors to spend 14 days in isolation, with the aim of reducing the spread of the Corona virus.

The tourist ignored the quarantine procedures and immediately went to the beach and published several photos of his vacation on Instagram, where the young followers complained to Instagram who viewed the beach photos and the hotel staff confirmed that the young man left his room on the day he arrived and traveled to many places using public transportation

According to the newspaper, the Hawaiian authorities imposed on the young man a fine of $ 4000.
