The weather on Monday will be marked by rainy and stormy degradation in the Southeast and in Corsica, but bright spells over the rest of the country, according to Météo-France.
Rain in Corsica
In the morning, showers will dominate Corsica, where they will multiply in the afternoon, intensifying with localized thunderstorms. Bad weather will continue overnight Monday to Tuesday throughout the island.
Over the Alpine massif and the interior of the PACA region, after a lull and morning clearings, there will again be a few showers, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Sun over the rest of the country
In the rest of the country, the calm calm weather will continue throughout the day. Some greyness and fog banks will delay the return of the sun a little in the morning to the south of Aquitaine and near the English Channel. But like elsewhere, the sun will prevail in the afternoon.
On Languedoc-Roussillon and the Rhône valley, tramontane and mistral will blow between 50 and 70 km / h in gusts. They will strengthen a little in the evening.
In terms of temperatures, the minimum will be between 3 and 10 degrees, between 11 and locally 16 degrees around the Mediterranean. In the afternoon, it will be 20 to 25 degrees in general, 15 to 20 degrees near the English Channel, up to 24 to 28 degrees around the Mediterranean.
