The verdict fell in Iran at the trial of the Franco-Iranian anthropologist Fariba Adelkhah, who has been detained for almost a year in the Evin prison in Tehran. The researcher was sentenced to five years in prison for "collusion to endanger national security" and one year in prison for "propaganda against the regime". How is this news received in France and in the scientific community? Jean-François Bayart, researcher at Ceri, coordinator of the support committee for Fariba Adelkhah, answers questions from Jean-Baptiste Marot.
