A female university student in Shibuya, Tokyo, was arrested for smuggling stimulants from the United States, and the Metropolitan Police Department found syringes and other items from his home, so he is investigating it as if he had to use it himself. It means denying the charges against the investigation.

The arrest was Mr. Emiri Kanazawa (22), who lives in Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo and attends an American university.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, 90 tablets containing stimulant ingredients were smuggled by international mail from the United States on the 13th, and it is suspected that the drug exception law was violated.

There is a suspicious package that arrived from the United States by international mail on 7th of this month, and when Tokyo Customs examined it, it was found that a stimulant tablet in a bag was found in the peanut butter.

Due to the influence of the new coronavirus, I was arrested when I received my luggage at home because the university in Los Angeles I was attending was closed and returned to Japan.

I also found syringes and sachets with powder adhering from my home, so the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating it as smuggling it for his own use.

"I've done cannabis and cocaine a few years ago in the US. This time my boyfriend in the US sent me, but I didn't know what it was," he denied.
