At around 2:00 am on the 15th, at the intersection of the national roads of Wakamatsubara, Utsunomiya City, a moped motorcycle that ran from the opposite lane and tried to make a right turn collided with a passenger car that was going straight. After hitting a motorcycle with a moped, the passenger car collided with a signal post in the median strip and broke violently.

In this accident, newspaper delivery worker Eigoro Kotsuki (56) who was driving a moped motorcycle and corporate employee Genki Tsuburaya (30) who was driving a passenger car each had a strong head and chest. He was struck and taken to the hospital but soon died. Kotsuki-san was working as a newspaper deliverer.
