When you are stressed, aching, nothing like a yoga session to relax and feel good.

Katherine Chareonying, yoga teacher, offers some simple exercises to do at home to make you feel good without spending too much time.

And you will repeat twice. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through your mouth. And again: breathe in through your nose. And exhale through your mouth. This posture is a meditation posture. We're supposed to be able to space it out for a long time, so if you're not comfortable crossing your legs, you relax, you find a new position.
