A 6-year-old boy was hit by an 82-year-old driving car

At around 2:00 pm on the 12th, at the intersection of Shimoyasumatsu, Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture, a 6-year-old nursery school boy who was riding a bicycle alone was hit by a passenger car.

The boy was taken to a hospital, but he is hitting his head hard and is in an unconscious state.

The police arrested Tsuneo Iguchi (82), a nearby driver who was driving a passenger car, on suspicion of negligent driving injury.

According to the police, the accident happened at an intersection without a traffic light, and when a boy's bicycle went straight across the road, a passenger car from the right collided.

Since Iguchi admitted that he was accused, the police are investigating the detailed situation of the accident, assuming that he did not fully check his surroundings.
