Osaka Prefecture has announced that one person has been infected with the new coronavirus. This is the first time in four days since the 7th of this month that the number of confirmed people has reached a single digit.
In addition, the prefecture announced that two of the previously confirmed infections have died.
The number of confirmed infections in Osaka Prefecture was 1744, of which 61 died.
