It is understood that on that day, there was strong wind and sand weather in Chayouzhong Banner, with a maximum wind speed of 23.5 meters / second; the maximum wind speed of Erenhot was 32.0 meters / second (the instantaneous wind reached 11), and the visibility in many places was less than 1000 meters.
