Hongkong Post will not require the recipient to pick up the document outside the post office. If the mail is not received within 14 working days, it will be returned to the SAR Government.
Hongkong Post will not inform the public about the delivery or collection arrangements through calls, emails, other communication software or social platforms, nor will it request the personal information of the public and their families, or ask the public to make any response.
