Publicity

This May 11, 2020, the judicial system also begins its deconfinement. However, it will take time to run at full speed again. Especially since, as long as the epidemic persists, health security measures will continue to affect its functioning. Yet time is running out. Because every day, the files pile up and the justice system is today confronted with an unprecedented bottleneck. Will it be able to face it, without cutting corners on its principles and the rights of litigants?

"The challenges of post-containment justice", a great report by Laura Martel.
