Some of the fasting people do not attach great suhoor meal in the Ramadan diet. Some of them accelerate suhoor and snack before bed, or those who give up this meal in order to gain hours of sleep and not change the sleep system. The nutrition specialist at "Nestlé", Jumana Al-Dabbagh, confirmed that Suhoor is a very important meal, as it provides strength, energy and vitality to the body, as it is a major source of energy before starting fasting for long hours on the next day. She pointed out that its importance lies in the fact that it provides many important nutrients, vitamins and minerals that a person needs in the next day. She gave five basic guidelines for Suhoor meal.
