Bad news for fans of The Voice . Interviewed by RTL this weekend, Marc Lavoine, one of the members of the TF1 telecrochet jury, explained that the final stages of the show could be postponed for several months.

As a reminder, the broadcast of the program was interrupted on April 25 due to the Covid-19 and the confinement, as production could no longer run live programs. Normally, the finale of The Voice should have been broadcast on Saturday, May 9.

"Rather at the start of the school year"

"I don't mean nonsense but I would rather see them at the start of the school year, September or October," explained the singer. Apart from the expectation of viewers, Marc Lavoine also clarified that this postponement was a real test for the candidates still in the running. "I do not yet know what will be the evolution of confinement and the return to normal life, but I know that it will be a difficult wait for my candidates to hold."

Twelve candidates (three per team) are still waiting to be able to compete for the title of the most beautiful voice in France. As for whether the public will have the right to attend the final stages of The Voice , it is still too early to know.
