"Something I like to do when I'm struggling with anxiety is clearing my mind," she said. What I do is I write anything that worries me. I write and I write and I write again without thinking about it and I do not re-read afterwards. I think it really helps me to put everything on paper. "

A psychological crisis

"I hope you stay safe, that you stay strong and healthy, and I send you lots of love," said Emma Stone, before calling for donations for the Child Mind Institute.

Indeed, the organization hopes to raise the necessary funds in order to intervene with families with psychological assistance from a distance. Following Emma Stone, other stars intervened during the week such as Margot Robbie and basketball player Kevin Love.
