Given the incubation period of the virus, "the work of identifying at-risk contact subjects starts this Sunday, May 10. It will be carried out by the ARS, in close collaboration with the occupational physician and managers of the 'business,' said the statement. "Anyone considered as such as 'contact subject' will also be tested and invited to isolate themselves while awaiting the results", specify the prefecture and the ARS.

The company concerned, Arrivé, is a poultry slaughterhouse located in Essarts-en-Bocage. Arrived, whose flagship brand is Maître Coq, is a subsidiary of the LDC group from Sarthe.
