At present, there are 260 forest fire brigades in the fire, more than 900 local firefighting teams, local cadres and other firefighting forces. They plan to seize the low temperature at night and the wind direction is stable during the operation.

The topography of the fire site is mountain forest, and the vegetation is coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest dominated by Yunnan pine. The type of forest fire spread is steady surface fire with local crown fire.
At 17:45, Anning Brigade, Forest Fire Brigade, Kunming City, Yunnan Province dispatched 70 commanders, 9 vehicles, and several rescue equipment to fight. At 19:30, the rescue team arrived at the meeting place.
Through the on-site drone survey, it was found that the fire site is steep and dense vegetation is not easy to access the fire line. The joint command of the fire site ordered the team to approach the fire line by combining motorization and walking.

At 21:30, 21 190 commanders and vehicles of the Second Echelon of the Forest Fire Brigade of Kunming City arrived at the assembly point. According to the deployment of the United Nations, the team plans to seize the low temperature at night and the wind direction is stable during the operation.
