"1960-1970" is the first work of a new brand of publishers, called "Far from Paris", and launched by the Privat and Jean-Marie Périer editions. A magnificent book which brings together nearly 400 photos, including 150 unpublished icons of this period, and which marks the beginning of his career as a photographer.

They are all there, and in large format: Johnny Hallyday and Sylvie Vartan, Françoise Hardy and Jacques Dutronc, Sheila, Claude François, and many other idols of this yéyé generation, born in France in the 60s. But with them, there are also the Beatles and the Stones at their beginnings, James Brown and Marianne Faithfull, Gene Vincent and Steve McQueen. In short, a host of stars who have become icons, and nearly 400 black and white and color photos, including 150 previously unseen, brought together for the first time with the legends signed by their author: photographer Jean-Marie Périer.
