The resort said that at the initial stage of operation recovery, Shanghai Disneyland will implement a series of new operational measures and processes, including implementing current restrictions, requiring tourists to purchase tickets in advance and making reservations for admission to the park; Other facilities to ensure safe distance; and increase the frequency of sanitation and disinfection.

From May 11, most of the attractions, amusement programs, some entertainment shows, shops and restaurants in Shanghai Disneyland will resume operations on the basis of controlling the flow of passengers. Some attractions and experiences with frequent interactions, such as children ’s play areas, and theater performances will be temporarily closed to tourists. Tourists can visit the resort's official website and APP to view the operation arrangements of various attractions and entertainment performances. According to the admission rules announced by the resort, except for meals, visitors must wear masks at all times, undergo temperature tests, present their "health code", and present the original ID card or travel document when entering the park.

Affected by the epidemic, Shanghai launched a first-level response mechanism for major public health emergencies in late January, and Shanghai Disneyland closed accordingly.
