  Liu Xiaofeng said that proper physical exercise is good for physical and mental health and enhances physical fitness, but people who participate in physical exercise must protect themselves when entering and leaving physical fitness venues, and integrate various prevention and control measures into daily life.

  Liu Xiaofeng mentioned that when people go to the sports grounds by subway or bus, they should follow the prevention and control requirements of the traffic management department, and especially wear masks when taking subways and buses.

  Open sports and fitness venues should focus on track and field and table tennis, badminton, tennis and other net sports. It is not suitable to organize football, volleyball, basketball and other group physical confrontation sports for the time being.

  Hand hygiene should be maintained after using or touching public sports equipment. Do not touch the mouth, nose, and eyes with hands before washing.
