A five-year-old 'tg was arrested on a motorway in Utah, western United States, while he was driving a family car to California to buy a Lamborghini.

According to the Utah Traffic Police, who arrested the boy the day before, he left his home after arguing with his mother, who refused to buy him this expensive Italian sports car he dreamed of.

"He decided to drive the car himself and go to California to buy it (...) He only had three dollars in his wallet," the police wrote on Twitter.
A video clip, released by the police, shows a four-wheel-drive vehicle driving the child as she makes her way on the highway between the cars and trucks she was passing.

Then the car stopped on the left side of the road when policeman Rick Morgan sounded the sirens.

"When Morgan approached the driver's door, he couldn't see the driver's head on the side mirror," Utah Traffic Police said in a statement yesterday.

The boy, who was not identified, was able to drive between three and four kilometers before being arrested and fortunately he did not cause any accident.

The police said: "The family confirmed that that morning, the boy was in the care of an elderly relative and was sleeping when the boy took the keys to the car."
