  [Commentary] Li Zhiying is suspected of a criminal intimidation case on June 4, 2017 on the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island. In addition, on August 31, 2019, he was involved in the involvement of Wan Chai District with the former Legislative Council member Li Zhuoren and the former chairman of the Democratic Party of Hong Kong Yang Sen The Central District was assembled without approval. After investigations by the police, on February 28, Li Zhiying ’s apartment in Ho Man Tin, Hong Kong was arrested by the Hong Kong Police Hong Kong District Crime Squad, and the case was accused of Li Zhiying for criminal intimidation and involvement in unauthorized Huaihe assembly and other illegal acts. The prosecution mainly relied on the victim X and another witness to testify against Li Zhiying, but he denied the allegations. Later, Li Zhiying was granted bail of 4,000 yuan in cash. The trial is pending.
