Today we are interested in the consequences of stays in intensive care. In France, it is estimated that 5% of the patients declared require passage to an intensive care unit. These are the most serious cases and there are currently over 3,800. This was double the peak of the epidemic. These patients require respiratory assistance. When the distress is too great, they are plunged into a coma. The majority survive this ordeal but the consequences are long. The sequelae of the treatment are added to those of the Covid-19.
