The report added: "After the birth, the mother was subjected to severe bleeding that led to her stay in the hospital under medical observation for one day, and her health condition improved, and she was billed by 18,453 dirhams, and her husband was unable to pay this amount."

(Abu Ian) said: “God blessed me with my son Ian a month ago, and he was overwhelmed by his coming, and he is my second son, but this joy was decreased due to the hospital bill that I am unable to pay due to my circumstances that I have ordered, and I was not prepared with such a sum for the birth of my wife.”

He continued: «At the beginning, I thought that my wife would complete the ninth month of pregnancy, and in the meantime, I would save a small amount for her birth, but the birth was in the second week of the ninth month, and this matter made me anxious and confused about how to manage the cost of the birth bill and hospital stay, Surprise birth is not in our hands, but God's destiny and what he willed, and now I do not know what to do.

And the husband said: “I am totally incapable of paying a portion, even a small portion of the bill amount, since I have been out of business for a month and a half, and I have no source of income.”

He added, "My family consists of three individuals, and I used to work as a salesman for a fish store, with a salary of 1500 dirhams, and in light of the current conditions I stopped working."

He expressed the hope that a benefactor would lend a hand to him to pay the due bill and obtain a birth certificate for his son.
