A historic day

The wizards of the Harry Potter saga indeed won against Voldemort during this battle which took place on the night of May 1 and 2 and told in The Deathly Hallows . The author explained why she wanted to mark this victory with a donation to these two associations.

Today's the 22nd anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts, but I'm going to be honest and say that it feels inappropriate to talk about fictional deaths today. Too many people are losing loved ones in the real world. 1/4

So on this anniversary of a great wizarding victory, I'm thinking of the people who're out there doing their jobs to protect us and our way of life. I have 3 key workers in my immediate family, and like all such relatives, I'm torn between pride and anxiety. 2/4

So on this anniversary of the great victory of witchcraft, I think of the people who work to protect us and our lifestyle. Three essential workers are in my family and like all those in my case, I am torn between pride and anxiety, ”she added.

JK Rowling was also affected by the coronavirus personally, since she had previously confessed to having developed all the symptoms. If it has not been tested, it is fine today.
