  On the morning of the 4th, the reporter entered a place about 10 kilometers away from the scene of the fire and was unable to go deep.   Villagers in Liaoshuikou Village near Nanyao Village said that the only mountain road is also the road leading to Luojiezhai Scenic Spot.

  According to public information, Luo Jiezhai is located in Nanyao Village, Shayao Township, more than 50 kilometers northwest of Huixian City, at the junction of the two provinces. There are more than 170 people in the village, including Beiyao, Nanyao, Taohuagou, and Shang It consists of 5 natural villages including Fengqiu, all of which are distributed on the cliffs of Red Cliff at an altitude of 1100 meters.

  The Huixian City Forest Fire Emergency Response Headquarters reported on the evening of May 3 that a forest fire occurred in Nanyao Village, Shayao Township at about 13:00 on the 3rd. The leaders of Xinxiang City and Huixian City rushed to the scene as soon as possible, and organized professional fire brigade, public security police, emergency rescue team, township fire brigade, and volunteer fire fighting team to fight the fire. As of 15 o'clock on the 3rd, the area of ​​the fire was more than 200 acres, and the people of 5 natural villages and more than 1,500 tourists evacuated safely. There were no casualties.

  According to a report on the 4th by the Huixian Forest Fire Emergency Response Headquarters, as of 8 a.m. on the 4th, the forest fire in Nanyao Village, Shayao Township has been controlled, the open flames are basically extinguished, and the remaining fire suppression and fire site clean-up work are in order. The province, city, county, and township have organized more than 1,200 professional firefighters to use helicopters, fire trucks, chain saws and other firefighting equipment to participate in firefighting, and set up a fire separation zone of 5 kilometers. At present, the fire area is about 500 mu, more than 2,000 people and more than 2,500 tourists have been evacuated from the surrounding area. There are no casualties. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

  In Henan on the 3rd, the highest temperature in many places reached 40 ° C, and the province entered the "high fever" mode. Officials did not disclose that the forest fire was related to high temperature.

  Villagers nearby said, "I saw a lot of smoke yesterday (3rd), and the air smelled of smoke. Fortunately, there was a mountain rain this morning, and the smoke was no longer visible."

  The reporter saw through drone aerial footage that there was no thick smoke or open flame in the fire area.

  In an interview with reporters, the relevant person in charge of the Huixian City Forest Fire Emergency Response Headquarters said that this fire extinguishing research was accurate and timely. Because the ignition point is located on the top of the mountain, for safety reasons, eight helicopters were dispatched.
