You can find good fresh products at the supermarket, such as button mushrooms. Yves Camdeborde invites you to prepare them in an original way, by marrying them with green tea.

For 2 people 

Utensils: 

1 knife 

1 board 

1 large saucepan 

Ingredients: 

250 gr button mushrooms 

1 green tea bag 

10 peeled prawn tails 

1 handful of coriander leaves 

The juice of a lime 

Olive oil 

Fine salt, freshly ground pepper 

Production : 

Wash the mushrooms and mince them finely. 

In the pan, put et liter of water and the tea bag. Bring to a boil. At this time, put the mushrooms in the green tea pan, remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper, add a tablespoon of olive oil then cover and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. 

Remove the green tea bag. 

Place the prawns in the mushroom tea, heat it above all without bringing to a boil. 

As soon as the tea is hot, take it out of the heat, place it in a soup tureen and only then add the lemon juice and coriander. Serve hot.
