Unusually in the “My Heart Reassured” program presented by the Emirati youth, “Ghaith”, through which he provides assistance to the needy and simple people, the Egyptian doctor, Mohamed Abdel Ghaffar Mashaly, nicknamed “Doctor Ghalibah”, refused to receive any financial aid from Ghaith, in the program’s episode. That was shown Friday evening.

Dr. Mohamed also rejected the offer of the program to renew his old clinic in the city of Tanta (Delta Egypt), advising "Ghaith" to go to charities to donate to them to help the poor and needy. He was content with accepting a symbolic gift, which is a medical stethoscope  

The "doctor of negligence", who determined the costs of disclosure to him at 10 Egyptian pounds only, that he makes his work as a door of Zakat, to get closer to God, and an opportunity to help the poor and needy in implementation of the will of his father. He added: "I grew up poor, I do not want a car that is 10 meters long and a 10 thousand-pound suit. I need enough for me." This caused Ghaith crying sympathy with the noble doctor, in appreciation of his generosity and love for the poor.

The episode received wide response from social media pioneers, who praised the selection of such a character to be the guest of the program.
