(Um Ahmed - Yemeni) told «Emirates Today»: “We did not expect our financial situation to deteriorate, and my husband’s monthly income stopped, after the company he worked in told him to stop the salaries for five months, as he is the only provider for us, and our family is made up of five individuals. Our three children are in school, and I am confused about how to manage the accumulated sums on us. ”

She added: “My husband’s financial situation was good in the past years, and he did not complain of any difficulties in our lives, as he worked in the private sector with a salary of 6000 dirhams, through which we were able to pay the educational costs of our children in the past years, and pay the rent of the housing we live in Umm Al Quwain” .

And she continued: «The school administration sent an alarm over the phone stating that my children could not get their results on the academic achievement for the second semester, despite their superiority, and we also informed the homeowner of the necessity to pay the rent arrears, so that we became threatened with expulsion at any time.»

(Um Ahmad) said: “I am afraid of my husband’s prison, that my family will become without a breadwinner, and my children will not be able to continue their studies, and we will also be without a home, after the homeowner filed a lawsuit demanding full payment of rental arrears.”

She appealed (Umm Ahmed) owners of compassionate hearts to help them in the provision of the amounts of school and rental arrears accumulated on them, to save her family from loss and displacement.
