It was a much awaited speech. Prime Minister Edouard Philippe therefore presented this afternoon to the National Assembly the government's deconfinement plan.

Publicity

A prudent and very progressive plan, adaptable according to the departments. A plan in several phases: a first on May 11 according to the wish of the President of the Republic, then another on June 2 if all goes well. A plan accompanied by an important political component with an extension of the state of health emergency until the end of July and of the deputies invited to take their responsibilities by votes. This is what we are going to try to analyze and decipher today.
