Earlier, climatologist Andrei Kiselyov did not rule out that in the summer in the metropolitan region of Russia, there will be heat waves and showers.
In early March, an employee of the Phobos weather center, Evgeny Tishkovets, said that Russians expected a “raspberry” summer, which, according to him, would be “the most ideal for people's health.”
The supervisor of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand later noted that such a forecast is not based on scientific data.
He also recalled that all long-term forecasts are made with a probability of 50%.
