The Loire natural parks, closed by prefectural decision, may reopen. So decided the administrative court of Lyon. The prefect of the department had issued an order on April 15 to strengthen containment measures and limit the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic.

The new measures, applied throughout the department, prohibited until May 11 access to natural parks, walking trails, city parks but also to sports equipment located outdoors.

A decree challenged by the municipalities of Pilat

But the community of communes of the Pilat mountains, considering that it was an attack on fundamental freedoms, decided to challenge this decree by seizing the court on April 23. The judge in summary proceedings therefore gave them satisfaction ... halfway. He authorized today the reopening of these various places. Except for athletes or anyone wanting to do "individual physical activity".
