According to the information from the Forest Fire Fighting Headquarters in Huangdao District, Qingdao City, as of 9 p.m. on April 25, 6 fire spots have been extinguished in the Xiaozhushan area of Huangdao District, and there is still one fire spot being extinguished in Shangzhuang, Xin'an Street. There were no casualties at the scene. At present, all 617 residents evacuated due to the fire have returned home.
At about 2:30 pm on April 23, a forest fire broke out on the east side of Gushang Village, Lingshanwei Street, Huangdao District, Qingdao City, and the west foot of Xiaozhu Mountain. At 14 o'clock that day, a fire broke out in Xiaozhu Mountain, Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong. At 6:20 on the 24th, an open fire was put out at the scene. Affected by the windy weather, at 11:00 on the same day, the mountain fire re-ignited and quickly spread close to the city. The local area immediately organized more than 1,600 firefighters to participate in the fire fighting, and 4 helicopters have been taking water from nearby reservoirs to extinguish fires.
