Friday's Koh-Lanta episode marks a turning point in the adventure. One of the public's favorite candidates was eliminated, provoking strong reactions on social networks. 

Thunderbolt on Koh-Lanta, the island of heroes ! The episode of Friday evening on TF1 ended with the surprise elimination of Sam, one of the favorite candidates of the public. The 20-year-old young Alsatian was a victim of the strategy of the old yellow, who voted against him in majority. Immediately, many viewers rebelled on social networks.

He loses the immunity test, then to the board 

Sam, one of the best candidates since the start of the show, had failed to win the immunity test that could have allowed him to be untouchable during the council. The young man finished second behind Naoil. The negotiations then started on the island, the behavior considered solitary of Sam crystallizing more and more the tensions. The advice was ultimately fatal to him with six votes against him, against five against Charlotte. The old yellows therefore preferred to eliminate Sam rather than an old red, like Charlotte and Eric. 

Many viewers rebel 

The elimination of Sam caused a veritable tsunami of reactions on Twitter. "That's what life is Sam. You can be the greatest of hard workers, but we will blame you if you do not take part in the cigarette break. Meditate hornet," for example reacted Eddy Fleck, a well-known twittos of football fans:

Several viewers have even assured that they no longer want to watch Koh-Lanta after Sam's elimination.
