According to the website of the Jilin Provincial Health and Welfare Committee, on April 24, 0-24 hours, the province added a case of imported imported confirmed cases (Jilin City). As of 24:00 on April 24, the province has reported a total of 16 confirmed cases imported overseas, and 7 cases have been cured and discharged (2 cases in Yanbian Prefecture, 2 cases in Changchun City, 2 cases in Jilin City, and 1 case in Meihekou City). 9 cases were treated (8 cases in Jilin City and 1 case in Changchun City). Among the above-mentioned 232 close contacts of confirmed cases imported overseas, 85 have been released from medical observation, and 147 are undergoing isolation medical observation at designated locations.
As of 24:00 on April 24, there were no newly confirmed local cases and no new suspected cases in the province for 61 consecutive days. A total of 93 local confirmed cases were reported in the province, 92 cases were cured and discharged, and 1 case died.
From 0 to 24 April on April 24, one new case of asymptomatic infection was imported into Hubei Province (Jilin City). As of 24:00 on April 24, the province has reported a total of 5 cases of imported asymptomatic infections, of which 3 cases have been corrected as confirmed cases, 1 case was released from quarantine medical observation, and 1 case is currently asymptomatic infection.
The confirmed case imported from abroad is from Jilin City, female, born in 1970. On April 3, I took flight SU1702 from Moscow, and arrived in Vladivostok on April 4. I took the customs bus to Suifenhe Port on the same day. After the first nucleic acid test by the customs was negative, I went to the local area on April 5. Special vehicles are transferred to the centralized isolation point in Mudanjiang City for isolation medical observation. The second nucleic acid test and the first serum antibody test were performed on April 9th, and the results were negative. On April 12, Mudanjiang City lifted its centralized isolation, and the Jilin Provincial Working Group transferred it back to the centralized isolation point in Chuanying District, Jilin City to continue the isolation medical observation. The third nucleic acid test was performed on April 13, and the second serum antibody test was performed on the 14th, and the results were all negative. On April 18th, the concentrated isolation period was over and it was changed to home-isolated medical observation. The fourth nucleic acid test was performed on April 21 and the result was negative. On April 24, the nucleic acid and antibody were reviewed again. The nucleic acid test was negative, and the serum-specific antibodies IgM and IgG were positive. On April 24, 120 ambulances were sent to Jilin City Infectious Hospital for isolation diagnosis and treatment. CT imaging of the lungs had imaging changes. After consultation by the provincial and municipal expert groups, the diagnosis was confirmed. The case returned from Suifenhe to Jiji, implemented "closed loop" closed transfer, isolation, and no trajectory of its own activity in the province. Fifteen people in close contact with the case were transported in the same vehicle, all of them were concentrated and isolated for medical observation at the designated location.
