He used to go out of his house without a certificate. During the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, in the Bagatelle district of Toulouse, an 18-year-old young man was checked by the police. The latter asked him for his special certificate, which he did not have. And this is not a first, since it is the sixth time that it has not presented it during an inspection since March 23.
This time, the police decide to go further and realize, by verifying his identity, that this young adult is wanted by the justice system. He must indeed serve a sentence of eight months in prison. He was therefore taken directly to the remand center. As for his offense for failing to present a deviating certificate, he should be tried for that in September.
