After four months of blockage, the ECOWAS has decided. This Thursday, April 23, during a videoconference, the fifteen heads of state of West Africa decided to recognize Umaro Sissoco Embalo as the new president of Guinea Bissau. The Ivorian Jean-Claude Brou chairs the ECOWAS commission. Online from Abuja, it is also expressed on two other crises, those of Togo and Guinea Conakry.
